We have received the products, the sewing are wrong or bad qualities , the accessories, The quality is not up to what was presented, with several visible defects that detract from the overall samples, the main problem is that we have received the products, we tried to find a solution with the factory but they just trying to win time and escape about their responsibilities . We accept the factory to send back the products to revised it. We still agree to find a solution with them . We want to inform that the sample that we have received before the mass production was perfect . To resume the situation , the sewing are not finished or with a poor quality the accessories are not fixed as well, these products can not be sold in the case .
